250g butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp custard powder
¼ cup oil
2 Tbsp cocoa
3 tsp baking powder
Flour as required
Icing:
2 Tbsp butter
½ cup icing sugar
20 grams melted chocolate
2 Tbsp milk
Method:
Cream together butter and icing sugar. Add oil and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients and firm into soft dough. Roll out ½ cm, thick. Cut into squares. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When cool sandwich together with icing. Prepare icing in following manner. Cream together butter and icing until fluffy. Add milk and chocolate. Mix well. Spread some icing on biscuit and sprinkle flake chocolate.
