1 liter milk full cream
¾ cup sugar
5 Tbsp custard
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 ½ packets tennis biscuits

Heat the milk & sugar. Mix custard powder & cocoa in 1 cup water. Add to milk to form a custard. Once mixture thickens, remove from heat. Pour a little hot custard to cover the surface of a serving dish. Place a layer of tennis biscuits over the custard. Repeat procedure, ending with a custard layer. Press down with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with crushed tennis biscuits & flake. Serve well chilled.
