Chocolate Moose (30.06.07)

1 box boudoir biscuits
200g Cadbury dairy milk chocolate
125ml sour cream
250ml fresh cream & 3 Tbsp sugar mix together
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:

Dip boudoir biscuits in luke warm milk and set in casserole dish. Melt chocolate. Whip fresh cream and add sour cream and egg yolks and milk tereafter add chocolate and vanilla essence. Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold in chocolate mixture.
Pour moose over biscuits and refridgerate.
