Chocolate Mousse (19.08.08)

 

1 lt milk
Q Tbsp maizena
Boil together
3 Tbsp milo
3 Tbsp hot chocolate
2 Tbsp coffee

 

Make a paste with water and add to the milk

 ½ cup water
1½ tsp ghas powder
Boil & add to milk.

Give this mixture one good boil making sure it does not burn. Remove from heat, allow to cool & strain. Add 1 small tin Nestle cream & condensed milk to sweeten. Beat with beater, pour into bowls & leave to set in cat the fridge. Fresh cream flake, nuts or any other decoration of your choice.
