125grams butter
¾ cup castor sugar
1 large egg
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ cups cake flour
Melted chocolate
Peppermint crisp chocolate
Preheat oven to 180C. Combine the butter and the castor sugar. Add in the egg, coconut and vanilla essence and mix. Combine with the dry ingredients to from the dough. Pressed into a greased baking pan. Bake at 170C for +- 20 minutes till firm. Cut into squares. Spread melted chocolate and grate peppermint crisp.
