Classic Chicken and Mayo Toasted rolls or Sandwiches

Half kg chicken fillet
Salt or aromat to taste
Half tsp pepper
Half tsp ginger garlic
Half tsp garlic
Green chillies to taste
Half tsp jeeroo
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tsp chicken spice
Cook in butter or ghee
Wen cooked, cool and shred

U can add
chopped dhania
Chop 6 pepperdews
Some gherkins
Optional..jelapenos

Add in seasoned Mayonnaise. Salt ..pepper..mustard pdr..sugar..vinegar. Mix the peppadews, gherkins and mayo into the shredded chicken. Mix well. Butter ur rolls or bread. Toast on a non stick pan or toaster. Place filling and lettuce. For sandwich butter both sides and toast. Serve with fresh chips..or salad as a light meal.
