Crystal style Steak Toasties

Sunnyside Classics- By Bibi Ayesha Kadwa

Half kg steak cubes..rump or fillet
1 tbsp vinegar
Make wagaar..1 onion..ghee
Add 1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp chilli masala
Braise then
Add in the steak
Aromat or salt to taste
Add 1 tsp tumeric
1 tdp chilli pdr..or kashmiri masala
Any bbq or steak spice u like
1 tsp crushed red chillies
Half tsp dhana jeeraa
1 tsp pepper

Mix well Cook few minutes. Then add boiling water. Enuf to cook till tender. Fry chips..add salt ..pepper..chilli powder. Add in Crystal sauce and some tomato sauce. Cut onion rings and green pepper rings. Put in microwave for 1 minute. Chop some onion and green pepper. Add to steak. Cook a few minutes. Add in the Crystal sauce and tomato sauce. Butter ur bread. Place the steak. Then chips. Sprinkle some cheese over. Put the pepper ring and onion ring. Cover with another slice. Butter both sides and toast. Enjoy.
