1 lt milk
1 fresh finely grated coconut
1 cup vermicelli crushed fine
Fine elachi
1 tsp ghaas
1 tin condensed milk
2 Tbsp custard mix with ½ cup water
Boil milk slowly with coconut and ad the water of the coconut, it will take a little time stir continuously to prevent scorching. Add condensed milk. Add elachi and ghass and vermicelli. Allow to boil, until it thickens. Pour into a dessert bowl & allow to set in fridge. When cool spread cream over decorate as desired.
