1 ltr milk
¼ tsp China grass
¾ of 397g tin condensed milk
1 ½ packets Cappuccino Boudoir Biscuits
2 Tbsp custard powder
4 Tbsp water
1 x 155g Nestle Cream
1 Tbsp coffee
250ml fresh cream
1 Tbsp icing sugar
Dissolve custard powder with water. Mix milk and custard mixture and add faluda powder and coffee. Cook on medium heat until the milk boils. Remove from heat and add nestle cream and condensed milk and beat well. Pour into serving dish. Place biscuits onto falooda when it begin to set. When cool, cover with fresh cream whipped with icing sugar.
Topping:
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp icing sugar
2 Tbsp coffee
2 Tbsp cocoa
4 Tbsp water
100g chocolate
Combine all the ingredients and cook on low until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5min. serve chilled
