2 cups icing sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp bicarb
1 ½ cups milk
Method:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs on at a time. Sift dry ingredients and add alternatively with milk. Line a big cake tin with wax paper and then pour mixture therein. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 40 minor until done
Coffee Sauce:
1 ½ cups water
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp coffee
Boil all ingredients for 5-10 minutes. Make holes on top of cake with a skewer and pour over hot sauce. Decorate as Desired.
