Ingredients :
125g butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
500g icing sugar
250g cottage cheese
Method :
– Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence together.
– Stir in cottage cheese, mix lightly but do not over beat.
– Ice the top and sides of cake and decorate with chopped pecan nuts, red and green cherries.
