Crème
1 can condensed milk
4 eggs (beaten) add 1 at a time
3 cups warm water
Caramel
About 2 cup sugar. Burn until it turn into caramel in colour.
Take it off stove and add 2 Tbsp water (watch out it splatters)
Return to stove and give it one boil.
Pour into grease moulds (grease with cook and spray)
Method:
Strain crème mixture over caramel.
Bake in baking tray filled ½ way warm water (bain marie) at 170 C for 1 ½ hours or until done.
Test with a skewer.
