1 packet cracker cream biscuits
1 small onion – chopped
¾ cup boiled and shredded chicken
1 bunch spring onion
¼ cup peas
2 Tbsp chopped dhania
½ tsp vinegar
¾ tsp ghee
2 tsp flour
½ tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
To taste
Chopped green chillies
¾ – 1 cup chicken stock
2eggs
And oil for frying.
Boil chicken with garlic & chilli paste and keep aside stock shred chicken in small pieces, heat ghee fry onion till ½ done add flour and braise add stock vinegar salt sugar pepper peas chilli and chicken mix well and make a thick sauce. Cool spread mixture over a biscuit and cover with another. Prepare all remaining biscuit. Beat egg Dip in egg and deep fry till golden brown
