100g shredded boneless chicken
500ml chicken stock
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp jeero
1 Tbsp white flour
2 tsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 Tbsp fresh cream
Heat butter in pan and stir fry the shredded chicken till tender
Remove from pan and keep aside
In the same pan heat oil and splutter jeero add chopped garlic and sauté a few seconds.
Add white flour and stir fry for 1 min
Add the chicken stock and chicken pieces white pepper and salt cook on medium heat while stirring for 4 minutes.
