2 medium sized ripe avocado’s
1 small bunch Coriander
Juice from half a lime
2 tablespoons filtered water
3/4 cup lemongrass coconut milk
Pink Himalaya salt
Freshly grounded mixed peppercorns
Optional: 1 teaspoon chilli/lime spice
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz untill smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
