Marinate 20 chicken lollipop with :
Ginger garlic paste
Zeal
soy sauce
Red food colour
Chilli powder
Vinegar
Leave it to marinate for 2 to 3 hours
Make batter with:
½ cup flour
½ tblsp corn flour
½ tsp oil
½ tsp zeal
Red food colour
¼ tsp baking powder
Mix all and make batter with cold water till medium thick consistency
Dip the lollipops an fry on medium high heat
Serve with chips or egg noodles
NB: Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance
