Ingredients
½ lb Margarine
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla Essence
4 tsp baking powder
8 tblsp custard powder
Icing
Margarine
Vanilla essence
Icing sugar
Egg yolk colouring
Method
- Beat margarine and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add eggs beat again
- Add Vanilla essence
- The add Baking powder and custard powder.
- Divide the mixture into two equal parts .
- Add flour as required to form soft dough to each part. One mix at a time so that the mixtures do not dry out.
- Pipe mixture through nozzle and onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180c
- Cool and paste together with the icing mixture.
- Dust with icing sugar.
