Pink and green colouring
1 pkt Marie biscuits / sponge cake
1 x 125ml fresh cream
2 Tbsp icing sugar
12 red & green sparkle sweets

Method:
Heat custard in microwave and divide in 3 portions. Colour one portion green and second portion pink. Place a layer of Marie biscuits / sponge cake onto the base of the glass bowl. Cover the Marie biscuits with half of green custard. Place a layer of biscuits / sponge cakes and cover with pink custard. Repeat this process with remaining pink custard. Place this process with remaining pink custard. Place biscuits over pink custard and cover with plain custard. Repeat this process with remaining plain custard and biscuits/ sponge cake. Chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Whip fresh cream and icing sugar and cover Nozzle over custard. Just before serving sprinkle crushed sweets over the fresh cream.
