Apricot Jam
Home made custard (make up) not ready made.
Coconut
Method:
In pyrex dish put Marie Biscuit. Spread with jam and cover with another biscuit. Fill the pyrex dish or tray with biscuits in this manner. Pour hot custard over biscuits and sprinkle coconut. Leave out, or refrigerate.
