Ingredients:
Topping:
250ml icing sugar
1Tbsp hot water
2 drops lemon juice
Double quantity of Baker’s custard
1 packet of cream crackers
Method:
Line a dish with 2 crackers next to one another (8).
Cover biscuits with warm custard.
Cover the custard with another 8 biscuits making sure that the top layer of biscuits are evenly aligned with the bottom ones.
Continue to make another custard and biscuit layer.
Refrigerate until cold.
Make topping by mixing icing sugar, hot water and lemon juice.
Spread icing sugar over dessert and cut into squares to serve.
