2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Flour to make a nice dough so that it can be rolled.
Divide dough onto 12 equal size balls. Roll in round rotis(roll on a sheet of wax paper it makes it easier to handle). Bake rotis for approximately 10 – 15 mins. Once rotis are baked make a custard not too thick nor too thin. Layer cake and custard alternately about 5 to 6 layers. Sprinkle some cinnamon or coconut over top. Leave in the fridge to set.
