DIVIDE DOUGH INTO TENNIS BALL SIZE ROUNDS AND ROLL OUT A LITTLE, THEN BRUSH WITH OIL/GHEE MIXTURE.
FORM INTO ROUNDS AGAIN AND ROLL OUT INTO A ROTI AND FRY ON A HOT TAWA TURNING A FEW TIMES.
WHEN BROWN SPREAD GHEE/OIL MIXTURE AND LEAVE TO BROWN A LITTLE MORE.
