3 CUPS CAKE FLOUR – SIFTED
½ TSP SALT
1 TBSLP OIL
1 TBLSP GHEE

MIX THESE ABOVE INGREDIENTS WELL AND MAKE DOUGH WITH BOILING WATER.

THEREAFTER LEAVE DOUGH TO REST FOR A WHILE.

DIVIDE DOUGH INTO TENNIS BALL SIZE ROUNDS AND ROLL OUT A LITTLE, THEN BRUSH WITH OIL/GHEE MIXTURE.

FORM INTO ROUNDS AGAIN AND ROLL OUT INTO A ROTI AND FRY ON A HOT TAWA TURNING A FEW TIMES.

WHEN BROWN SPREAD GHEE/OIL MIXTURE AND LEAVE TO BROWN A LITTLE MORE.
