Easy summer drinks (18.10.18)

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
Frozen or fresh strawberries enough to fill ¾ of the blender jug
Add 2 trays ice, ½ bottle Dias grenadine syrup, 1 cup strawberry syrup, ½ cup Dias lime cordial ,3 tbsp sugar .
Blend till ice is crushed and strawberries are blended.
Add 1 box of apple juice & blend quickly.
Must be served like slush.
(Optional add 500ml Sprite Zero)

REFRESHING STRAWBERRY MOCKTAIL

1 tray of ice cubes
2 punnets strawberries
½ cup Dias lime cordial
1 cup orange juice
4 tbs sugar
Strawberries cubed (for garnish)
Lemon curled(for garnish)
Blend all ingredients together.
Garnish & serve immediately

LIQUORICE MILKSHAKE

1 tub softened vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 pkt liquorice toffees (woolies)
In a sauce pan over medium-high heat,melt toffees in milk until well combined (A rich grey colour) allow to cool.
once cooled mix it well with the vanilla ice cream serve in tall milkshake glasses

WHITE SANGRIA

3 cups Ceres “Secrets of the Valley” juice
750ml appletiser
2 tblsp fresh lemon juice
1 apple,cubed
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks,juices drained
1 orange,sliced thin
Ice
Extra fruit for garnish
In a large jug combine juice, cut fruit Cover &let chill for at least 2hrs. Remove from fridge Add in sparkling cider. Blend Serve in flutes with plenty of ice & fruit for garnish

PINEAPPLE-PASSION LEMONADE

1L Ceres or other brand passion fruit juice
1L lemonade
2 tblsp lime cordial
3 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 pint fresh strawberries,rinsed, hulled & frozen overnight
Lemon slices for garnish
In a large jug combine pineapple & passion fruit juice.
Cover & let chill for at least 2 hrs
Add in strawberries
.Blend Add lemonade.
Serve over ice with lemon slices
