Equal Education’s Expectations for the New Education Minister

With South Africa celebrating 30 years of democracy, Equal Education (EE) has shared its expectations regarding the recent Ministry of Basic Education changes. As Ms. Siviwe Gwarube assumes the role of Minister, EE emphasizes the need for accountability and transformative leadership in the education sector.

EE, a leading advocate for educational equity, highlights the Ministry’s critical role in addressing longstanding challenges within the basic education system.
