1kg Bhinda/Okra
Wash, cut into sections, slit down the middle
shallow fry the Okra/Bhinda to remove stickiness .
Set aside
1 medium onion,chopped
line the pot with olive oil
half tsp whole cumin/jeera
curry leaves
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
3 tsp green masala
braise until onions are soft and golden brown
1tsp salt
1tsp turmeric/arad powder
half tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
half tsp black pepper
2 tomatoes, grated or blended
1tsp tomato paste
150ml coconut milk
Garnish with chopped coriander
