Ingredeints
beat together 500g ultra mel fresh cream and 2 tblsp icing sugar until stiff.
2 pkts finger biscuits
500ml ready made custard.
1 mug warm coffee made up of:
½ cup milk
½ cup water
2 tblsp coffee
1 tbslp sugar.
Method
pour custard into a dessert bowl.
dip biscuits in coffee and arrange over custard.
spread half the cream over the biscuits
arrange a next layer of coffee dipped biscuits over the cream.
and finally spread rest of cream.
sprinkle with crushed flake.
