4 Egg’s separated
4 egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
1tsp v/essence
½ cup oil
½ cup boiling Water
1cup flour
6 tblsp Cocoa
3 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
METHOD
Beat yolk and sugar till creamy.
Add vanilla and beat.
Add oil first, beat then add water and beat.
Sift dry ingredients to above mixture and beat well.
In a separate bowl beat white till stiff and then gently fold into cake mixture.
Pour into greased pan of choice(I used 2x23cm round tins.) and bake for between 20-25 minutes.
(U can bake in cupcake pans or make in mini cakes or oven tray as well)
