1liter milk
1 tin cream
2 Tbsp almonds
½ tsp elachi powder
1 ½ tsp ghass powder
Rose essence or vinalla flavouring
Mix ghass powder in a little hot milk. Add it to milk as it begins to get hot. Allow to simmer gently till milk is reduced to ¾ its original quantity . Add almonds when milk begins to simmer at an even space.
Remove from heat and add all other ingredients except the cream, and beat. When mixture is cool , add cream and colouring of choice and beat with an electrical beater.
Serve in bowls or cups.
