Fruity cheese cake

BASE:
Ingredients:

200g biscuits (any Marie, tennis, digestive)  crushed
80g butter  melted 

Method:

  Mix biscuits with melted butter and line base of a 24cm sprayed springform pan with this
  Freeze until needed

FILLING:
Ingredients:

230g cottage cheese
1 tin (385g) condensed milk
125ml fresh cream
180ml lemon juice

Method:

 Beat the above with an electric beater for +/- 15 minutes
  In a separate dish beat 1 tsp sundew gelatine + 2 tablespoons cold water + 2 tablespoons boiling water
  Beat until mixture cools
  Add to rest of filling and beat for a further 5 minutes
  Pour over base. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

Fruit of choice naartjies, kiwi fruit, strawberries, Adam & Eve's, etc. Decorate over filling

JELLY GLAZE:

½ cup water
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp china grass powder
Boil sugar + water.
Mix falooda with a little cold water, add to syrup. Boil for 5 minutes & let cool.
When syrup starts to gel, pour carefully over the fruit. Leave in fridge to set.
