2 egg yolks
3 level Tbsp castor sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup cream
1 tsp cornflour
¼ cup milk
1 ½ Tbsp Granadilla pulp
Beat yolks and sugar until light and creamy. Mean while put milk and cream in a pot and bring to the boil on medium heat, stir yolk mixture into milk. Blend the corn flour and custard powder with the ¼ cup milk to a smooth paste. Pour into cream mixture and cook until thick. Stir in granadilla pulp, cover and cool to room temp, then refrigerate.
Serve this cream with sliced fruit. Strawberries, apples, pears, kiwi- fruit, bananas, Mangoes, peaches and orange segments (or whatever fruit is available)
