Garlic naan/pitas

Ingredients :
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls ghee
1 cup sour milk

Method:
1. Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl ,add the ghee and rub to form breadcrumbs.
2. Add enough sourmilk to make a soft dough , knead well.
3. Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
4. Divide into 8 balls, roll and toast on tawa , brush with garlic butter.
