INGREDIENTS
6 cups flour
2 tsp salt
4 tblsp sugar
2 eggs
2 potatoes boiled and mashed very soft, no lumps at all
1 pkt instant yeast
4 tblsp ghee
1 ¾ cup boiling milk
¾ cup boiling water
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Make soft dough with milk and water.
Allow to rise for an hour.
Roll side plate size rotis not very thin and cook light brown on both sides without ghee on a tawa.
Separately melt some ghee add garlic and origanum and brush each roti and warm before serving.
Enjoy with any grills, roasts and kabaabs
Beda Bread/Egg bread (Safeera)
Bread sliced 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp green chutney 1/2 tsp green masala 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp dhana Jeeroo powder Chopped green dhania Whisk the eggs and the spices together. Dip bread and shallow fry in ghee or oil. Serve.
