Take rolls, slice in 3 and layer in pyrex dish, mix together fresh cream, creamstyle sweetcorn, salt, pepper and green chillies. Pour over rolls, top with grated cheese and sprinkle parsley. Pop into oven for about 15 min covered with foil and serve when cheese is melted
Beda Bread/Egg bread (Safeera)
Bread sliced 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp green chutney 1/2 tsp green masala 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp dhana Jeeroo powder Chopped green dhania Whisk the eggs and the spices together. Dip bread and shallow fry in ghee or oil. Serve.
