Ingredients
2 cups cake flour
2 tblsps ghee
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp saumph
½ cup milk
½ cup water
½ tsp ground elachie
Method
mix all ingredients together in a food processor or magimix. fry in deep oil over medium heat until golden brown while warm dip in syrup and sprinkle with coconut.

¾ cup water
boil together until a bit sticky
