INGREDIENTS
2 CUPS CAKE FLOUR
2 TBLSPS GHEE
2 EGGS
½ CUP SUGAR
1 ½ TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SAUMPH
½ CUP MILK
½ CUP WATER
½ TSP GROUND ELACHIE
METHOD
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A FOOD PROCESSER OR MAGIMIX.
FRY IN DEEP OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
WHILE WARM DIP IN SYRUP AND SPRINKLE WITH COCONUT.
SYRUP
1 ½ CUPS SUGAR
¾ CUP WATER
BOIL TOGETHER UNTIL ABIT STICKY
