Ingredients:
12.5ml margarine
250ml sugar
2ml salt
600ml milk
125ml custard powder
5ml vanilla essence
1 packet tennis biscuits crushed
5 bananas sliced
1 tin gooseberries
250ml cream
Method:
elt margarine, sugar, salt. Heat 500ml milk and slowly add to sugar mixture. Mix the custard with the remaining milk.
Add vanilla and add to the previous milk mixture. Boil until thick, allow to cool. Layer biscuits, bananas, gooseberries & sauce in dessert dish. Decorate with cream and cinnamon.
