Ingredients:
250g margarine
2 tsp baking powder
1 ¾ cup white sugar
¾ cup maizena
4 eggs
1 cup fresh milk
4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tin granadilla pulp
2 ¼ cups cake flour
Pinch salt.
Method:
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, add eggs one at a time alternating with vanilla essence.
Stiff all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternating with milk lastly add pulp.
Bake at moderate temp for 30 minutes.
Icing :
1 cup icing sugar
Granadilla pulp
Sift icing sugar and mix with just enough pulp to make a runny icing, drizzle on top of cake.
