CHOP PINEAPPLE AND PEPPERS
•SCRAPE CARROTS WITH A POTTATO PEELER OR IF YOU PREFER GRATE THE CARROTS.
•SLICE ONION RINGS, RUB WITH FINE SALT, WASH AND DRAIN
•BRAISE DHUNIA SEDDS, MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES IN OIL.
•ADD ALL THE INGREDEINTS TOGETHER AND MIX WELL.
•SEASON WITH SALT AND CRUSHED RED CHILLIES.
