1 cup muesli
1 cup coconut
1 cup oats
½ cup self rising flour
½ cup raw brown sugar
1 cup seeds ( sesame, linseed, sunflower)
½ cup chopped almonds
1-2 Tbsp honey
125 butter melted
1 egg
Mix all dry ingredients make a well in centre and add wet ingredients. Mix well and form small balls. Place on a greased tray with space in between as they spread. Bake for 10- 15 min. Allow to cool. Makes 40 – 50 biscuits
