Ingredients:
+- 2 cups white/ brown sugar
+- ¾ cup fine coconut
+- ¾ cup jungle oats
1 cup bran
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins sultanas
1 ½ cup self rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 ½ cup milk
2 eggs
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add eggs to milk and mix well. Pour milk mixture onto dry ingredients and work in thoroughly. Pour into ½ greased loaf tin. Sprinkle sesame – poppy and sun flower seeds on top. Bake @ 180 C for 1 hour until bread is done. Remove from the oven – leave to cool.
