4 cup mix veg
1 potato
150g jam
1 bunch dhania
10 – 12 green chillies
2 tsp crushed dhana
2 Tbsp vinegar
3 Tbsp roasted & grounded peanut
1 tsp ginger paste
3 eggs
1 loaf of bread
Oil for frying
Left over chicken filling
Boil potato & yam together and mash. Boil veg with ginger and salt until cooked and dry throw vinegar and remove from heat mix rest of the ingredients together besides egg and bread. Take a slice of bread cut into ½ making a triangle put filling on it dip the same side in egg and then fry in oil until well done and crisp or bake until eggs are done and bread is crisp.
