TEA FOR IFTAAR
Take 1 litre of water and add 1 teabag, 
a clove, cinnamon, 
elachi and some mint leaves. 
Boil and have at iftaar time.
 
NUTRITIONAL MILK DRINK
1 litre milk, 
2 bananas, 
vanilla ice-cream or even custard can be used. 
Liquidize and drink.
 
REFRESHING DRINK.
I tsp saumf, 
a few mint leaves and 
2 cinnamon sticks.
 Boil in I cup water until it becomes half. 
Strain and drink. 
This drink is useful for digestion and circulation.
 
HEALTH DRINK.
1 glass milk, 3 dates, 
1 tsp olive oil, some rose water, 
an egg yolk, 
1 banana, and some elachi. 
Liquidize and drink at sehri time.    
 BANANA SMOOTHIE
250ml fat free or low fat milk
1 cup bran flakes cereal
125ml liqui fruit or ceres apricot juice
1 banana peeled
Blend together in a blender. Ideal for sehri time.
 
YOGHURT SMOOTHIE
•1/2 cup of your favourite fruit, such as peaches, bananas, pineapples, strawberries, mangos, etc.
•3/4 cup of yogurt
•1 cup milk
•1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree them together until smooth.
