3/4 kg chicken tenders or fillet cut into strips
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp ghee
3-4 cloves fresh garlic
3 Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Black pepper
2 Tsp fresh parsley (leave some aside for garnish)
Method
Marinate the chicken with the all the above ingredients for 10-15 minutes. Heat up a skillet, b4 u add the olive oil, cook up the chicken so that it’s nicely brown on each side, Cook it up in batches +-8 minutes. Do not overcrowd the pan otherwise it won’t brown, sprinkle parsley and serve. Very quick, very easy and tasty, kids love it…….
