Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
(1 ½ lt. Ginger Ale-for strong flavour) or 1 ½ tbl for subtle flavour.
¾ cup sugar
3 teabags
½ cup Roses lime cordial
¾ cup water
Method:
Place teabags in the boiling water. Leave in airtight container and cool completely. Add lime cordial. Then make a syrup with the water and sugar until the sugar just dissolves. Don't make a sticky syrup!!!. Add to the above and refrigerate or freeze. Add Ginger Ale when ready to serve. Serve well chilled.
