Ingredients
4 Eggs
50ml butter / margarine
1 cup sugar
½ cup cake flour
½ heaped tsp baking powder
500ml milk
1 cup coconut
Method
1. Prehear oven to 180c
2. Mix all the ingredients together and beat till well mixed
3. Pour into a greased oven proof dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top of the pudding is golden brown.
4. Serve with a blob of fresh cream or Nestle stewed fruit or custard.
