Jam Biscuits (04.09.25)

250g rama

Half cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp elachi

2 and half tsp baking powder

Cream butter and sugar

Add eggs and vanilla

Then add your elachi and baking powder. Add flour as you need to form a soft dough. Then you going to press your biscuits in a small cup cake pan and fill the centre with jam bake at 180 degrees till light brown when cool dust with icing sugar.
