½ cup warm water
½ cup oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp arad
Salt to taste
½ block green masala
½ cup chana flour
1 pkt eno fruit salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased glass Pyrex. On top of mixture add mustard seeds, tal and khus khus. Boil water and put in a flat pot. Palce glass pyrex on rack. Allow to steam for 15 minutes.
