¼ pistachio nuts finely chopped
1 can condensed milk
1 can nestle cream
2 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp cornflour
Method:
Firstly toast nuts in oven. Then take ½ cup ideal milk to make paste with corn flour, thereafter bring the remaining ideal milk to biol add in elachi and bring to boil. Add the corn flour paste to the boiled ideal milk and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and cool, then add in the condensed milk nestle cream nuts and vanilla essence. Pour into a dish and freeze. At 30M interval take out of freezer and beat for 15min till smooth and creamy. Do this 3 to 4 times. Thereafter leave in freezer. To serve remove from freezer and cut into squares. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
