1 kg meat and 2 sliced onions
cut onions in slices ,braise in ghee ,4 whole.elachi 1 tsp whole jeeroo 1 star aniseed and 1 clove and 1 cinnamin marinate meat in salt red chilli powder? plain garlic ,plain ginger and fresh wet red chillies grounded and tandoori powder
I usually use the Shans
Cook the leg mutton cubes braise on low as long as possible till tender
in a separate dish mix plain yoghurt fresh cream saffron and some egg yellow powder add till thickens .. last add quarter tsp garam masala and garnish with slithers of fresh ginger and green chilli and Fresh dhania serve with garlic naan
Lastly add fried biryani onions when serving
